Celcom 发出服务故障通知：

Celcom 在今日下午1时左右通过面子书表示 Celcom 的技术设施出现电力中断的问题。这项故障或导致Celcom 用户在启动或激活网络服务、Xpax加额、注册Postpaid Plans、更换配套和拨电时出现问题。 Celcom 表示会在最短的时间内进行修复，希望用户提醒和耐心等待。

Dear Customers, you may experience delays when activating and reloading Xpax, registering for Postpaid plans, changing of plans and call unbarring due to a power spike and disruption at one of our technical facilities.
